before going to sleep, what do you usually do ????

I usually play my Nintendo DS for awhile before going to bed.. as in really closing my eyes to sleep.

So you just close your eyes and then sleep? lol. Before I sleep I say a little prayer. Then lie down and close my eyes. Then start dreaming, hehe

LOL, that was a pretty silly answer and so obvious. Actually I pray, tell my husband I love you, then turn off the light and close my eyes to sleep. Hey it's a lot, but eventually I sleep. Although sometimes I can't sleep, so I stay awake in the dark. Ohh and also I usually pee before I sleep too lol, not kidding, I mean when you gotta go, you gotta go.

Before I go to sleep I lock all the doors shut the tv off turn the computer off tuck my kids in and kiss them goodnight set the alarm and then curl up under the covers and get comfortable then close my eyes and try to get to sleep before my husband starts snoring.

lol, that was a funny answer but yea... before I go to sleep will I open my laptop and watch a show or drama or chatt with friends.
