Missourians - where do you live?

After being born and raised and spending much of our lives in Missouri, we recently relocated (due to employment) to North Dakota.
We started out in the Northeast corner of Missouri (born in the 50's) and then moved to Central Missouri in the late 80's.

I am close to Branson. I have lived here all my life. A very nice area here.
Do you miss Missouri? Whats it like in North Dakota?

We miss our friends and family, but not necessarily the area. The winters are colder here, but don't seem as cold because there's not as much humidity. We're in a very flat area and it's windy a lot of the time.
People seem to be less hurried and life less chaotic here.

I can hardly believe that-LOL True the humidity gets very bad here. Perhaps its the area I live in its rather laid back and boring. Spring is here its just right but it doesnt last long.
