how would you know if a guy is ready to be a husband to you?

I believe that a guy is ready to be married when he is already man enough to face the responsibilities of marriage. I beLieve you can see that in a guy if he's always seeing the future with you, talking about having kids & how the both of you will rear them. =) Also, you can sEe that he's ready if he's starting to save for ur future. =)

i think a gy starts to become ready when he already is talking about the future with you, having kids and how you both will take care of them... he maybe ready when he already have saved up money because he knew that is important to have savings when starting a family.

well that just threw my theory out the window. I was going to say that I feel that a man is ready when he proposes marriage, or when he starts to talk in a "if I asked you" situation. I suppose you are right in saying that it does not mean that he is redy for it, but I suppose the only sure fire way of knowing is asking him. You will be making a big commitment yourself so it's only natural and / or right to make sure that you are both ready to commit to each other.
