When I was a kid I used to watch "The Sonny and Cher Show" and I would listen to some of the songs that she came out with.Thru the years I would see her on tv sometimes and I would think,how she had kept her youth.When the song came out,"Do You Believe in Love" I was mostly only listening to oldies,country and bluegrass, but I was somewhere and that song was playing and I thought it was really good.Then I mentioned it to my daughter and she said that Cher does it.I was said "Wow!,your kidding,right?" I thought that was voice I thought was of a young lady.Then Cher was on Oprah show today.She is 61 and still looks better then I did when I was 20.Ok,I know Iam going to hear how she had plastic surgeory and what not.But,even if she had that would not account for that how he joints,etc. don't move old.She look's great,with no looks of a 61 year old person in a young woman's dress.Have you seen her? Do you agree with me ?

Cher looks great..I don't know if she has had plastic surgery or not but as a star ,i am sure she has had some work done...As far as how she gets around? she is only 61,and 61 year olds are getting around good...She also is a exercise person..I don't think that you start automatically having joint problems in yout 60's., or do you?

My point is that yes she has enough money and is in the limelight and probably has had plastic surgeory,liposuction,etc. But,she looks great for even having that for her age.They still get wrickles,buldges and saggs in place's that cannot be helped.And yes,Iam 46 and I have had arthritus for a while now.Not everyone gets it,but as you get older you do get a bit less mobile.There is no way I could have the energy to go the way she does.Seven show's a night,she changes clothes 3 times during each show,she dances,moves around like she did when she was 20.Amazing.

i remember watching that show.i agree,she really doesn't look that different from then.she toned down the costumes a little bit,but that's about it.

I didn't see the Oprah show, I wish I would have seen it. I have always liked Cher, she does age gracefully. She looks fantastic for whatever age. I guess it does help to have her money, it also helps that she is in the public and doesn't want to let herself go. It also helps that she has lots of help. I am sure she has to work hard to keep things in shape.

They said a few years ago she worked at a hotel did a show 7 night's a week.I don't know anyone that could handle,more or less someone in their 50's.Even if she did get plastic surgeory,liposuction and all those things with her money.She would still not look so great in other places.Like I have seen other actresses and singer's that have done all those things and still some of them were getting crows feet,the neck lines,flabby arms,you can tell that the stomach is getting a bit puffy,the chest is drifting south.Also their movement are someone slower and stiffer because they are probably getting arthritus or other joint difficulties.They are getting smile lines around the mouth.Cher doesn't have any of that.She moves like she did in her 20's.Tina Turner was on the show also.She is 68.Sure she looks younger.But only like she is maybe 55.And she has some of those getting older signs.Where Cher looks like she is in her younger 30's and she is 61.

I know exactly the song you are talking about, I was in my car in the parking lot of Walmart when I first heard that song. I think it is excellently done. She is apparently in remission from cancer. At least I think I heard awhile back that she had cancer and I think went to Germany or another country for treatment.
