What chocolates do you recommend for diabetes?

my mom is diabetic. she have NIDDM, non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus. four years ago, she was diagnose of this disease. ever since, she quite eating chocolates, ice cream and cakes with us. mothers day is getting near and i want to give her a gift. i thought of giving a chocolate but i don't know what kind and where to buy it. can someone give me a suggestion where to buy a sugar free chocolate or cake? i will really appreciate your help! have a nice day!

What she doesn`t need is cake,or bread,or potatos, potato chips,or starchy foods,no rice,no skin on chicken,no fatty meats like pork,you need to cut out saturated fats and carbohydrates,have someone teach you how to read food labels,as far as chocolate go`s their no carbohydrates in it,but watch the calories,I`m a diabetic on insulin.I like sugar free chocolate pudding,made with skim milk.

It is actually no difficult to find such chocolate but my best bet to find them would in pharmcies or some shops that are specialised in selling health products.
