What chocolates do you recommend for diabetes?  |

 my mom is diabetic. she have NIDDM, non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus. four years ago, she was diagnose of this disease. ever since, she quite eating chocolates, ice cream and cakes with us.
mothers day is getting near and i want to give her a gift. i thought of giving a chocolate but i don't know what kind and where to buy it. can someone give me a suggestion where to buy a sugar free chocolate or cake?

finding sugar-free chocolate, pudding or such things. I also have Diabetes and like chocolate. I can find even ice creams that are sugar-free. I can get them at the drug store or HEB or Wal-Mart. Most grocery stores have a good selection of sugar-free cookies and desserts. Some of them even carry sugar-free cake mixes and frosting mixes.
