When I went to Cebu City, Philippines, there is an alley along Colon Street where you can find a store named Shamrock. It is a specialty store that sells an oblong crispy biscuit topped with sugar. It is called otap.It is wrapped in a plastic or you can buy it in tin cans.It is a favorite pasalubong or gift of people who are from Cebu to those who are their friend

I think there is also Shamrock in Fuente or you can even find the different brands of otaps at SM. Shamrock however is the best. I pair it up with coffee or hot chocolate.

I haven't been to Cebu but I have relatives there from my mother's side. Everytime they come to visit us they always brings us otap coz they know it's our favorite.
