How to Over Come Nervous and frightened?

I usually get easily nervous and frignthened right and i wanted to overcome that feeling so what shall i gonna do to overcome to that feeling?

kudos to you for not wanting to be cripled by irrational fears and look to remove it from your life. what is it that you fear, is how you can determine how to handle it, get a grip on it, and conquer it. if its heights that terrify you.. get up on a ladder.. spiders.. seek one out, study it.. gain respect for it.. etc baby step your way to confidence and inner security, and take one thing at a time.. make a list.. do something everyday that scares you (theres a song with that as a line) until the list has all been checked off. then look in the mirror and be proud of the accomplishment.

I agree with your Idea but what is the very best way i cant listen music when i am already infront of the interviewee i really get easily nervous everything i am thinking for me to answers those question that is thrown me time comes i get nervous and frightened and i want to overcome that one.

thats a tuff one.. because yer on the spot. get tongue tied, which just makes it worse. its like highschool all over again with oral book reports. the only advice i can offer is to practice speaking. have a friend or a couple of friends gather together, put you on the spot, and fire questions at you. you can practice in a safer environment until you are more at ease in the situation. eventually.. doing it enough, youll have more confidence in yerself, in yer knowledge, and be a little more at ease.
as an example of trying to practice what is preached.. you inspired me somewhat. i went downstairs to toss some laundry in, and found the light in my basement had blown out. im positively terrified of my basement in the dark LOL and usually refuse to go down there until my husband replaces the lightbulb. well standing at the top of the stairs i literally stomped my foot.. turned on my heel and retrieved a flashlight. swallowed my fear that nearly choked me.. and went down the stairs to change the light myself.. chanting in my head as i went "this is yer thing that scares you for the day!" over and over again. ..;chuckles;..
the more you do these interveiws, the less frightened of them you will become, and the more relaxed you will be in it. good luck

Listen to your favourite music,it will distract you from the reason of fear.

yah thats what i did everyday just to get my self busy tolisten and music so i cant remember those things that can remind me easily.. but time comes especially having panel interview will usually you are intimidated it right?

I have the same feelings. I just try to stay busy. Writing helps me a lot. I guess it relieves my stress. Talking to a friend or lover also helps I believe.

really? were same but i always get my self to busy but when the time comes especially when i have to attend interview ireally get nervous and i dont know why... i really get easily nervous and everything i am thinking will disappear.
