My Work Desk

My Work Station - This is the place where I do all my computer stuff. As you can see, I have a desktop. So it is not going anywhere, hehe.

I just had to take a picture of my work area, before it gets too messy again. I try to keep my work space as professional looking as possible. But because it is in my bedroom, that is quite hard to manage at times. I recently had to purchase a corded phone for my desk. I got so tired of the cordless going out while I was talking on it. I miss having the it, but I will adjust. As you can see, I have a throw with a picture of a kitten, instead of a traditional curtain. This is because everyone could see through the one that was up there, so I had to be creative, LOL. Some people may think that it is tacky, but I have stickers all over my computer. I like them a lot. If I ever chose to, I can take them off again. It will be hard to clean the sticky stuff, but oh well. Alright, so this is a peek into my private world, tell me what you think. Also, post a picture of your workstation, if you care to.

My desk is in the sitting room and I am always trying to keep it tidy, sometimes i just give up as it a perfect dumpimg ground for people to put pieces of paper on etc that I need to read at some point or other. If I tidy it it can stay tidy for a little while but not very long at all. I'm trying to have June as a houseproud month so perhaps I may do better this month!!!

Being that mine is in my bedroom, all kind of weird things end up on there. But I am doing my best to keep it clean and looking professional these days. I am doing a pretty good job, hehe.

What a tidy workspace Rozie. It's even tidier than my whole house at the moment. I love that backdrop or throw you use as a curtain, that's cool! What a great idea!! I don't have a workstation as I use my laptop everywhere in the house except the bathroom lol At the moment I am using our coffee table in the lounge area and it has bills and sorts that I'm going through at the moment. Our lease is up at the end of July so trying to figure out whether we should move depending on how much they are going to raise the rent on us. We want to look for something cheaper but don't want to pull Maddy out of his school - he loves it so we shall see. Aargh I have more family coming in this weekend and next week and they want to meet up. We were suppose to go camping with Matts friends over the memorial weekend but we can't afford it. It's pouring with rain today and I wish I won lotto today LOL

It sounds like you are going to be very busy in the next few weeks, have fun. Hopefully, you will be able to find a cheaper apartment that is also close to Maddy's school. Or it would be better if they did not raise your rent at all. Well just look at it this way, everything will work out fine, because God's will is going to prevail in every area of your life.

hi rozie. i must say that's one pretty organized work area you have there. i keep my work area organized as well. clutter just make me so stressed out. in the office, i only have my pc on my table, nothing else. here at home, i do the same. if you can move your work station outside of the bedroom, that will be better. i used to have my work station in my bedroom before but decided to move it out. i hardly get any sleep when i had my work station in the bedrrom as i always find myself constantly checking my pc for emails and such.

I have the same problem. It is just too easy to jump out of bed and run right into my desk. It is 12:46 a.m. I should be sleeping, but here I am pecking the night away yet again, hehe.
