we met with a mean boss today

the job i do today is really quite difficult, at first, the boss promised the sum that will give to us. but after we arrive there ,he reduced it for a unreasonale reason.~~~he was so mean,as the sum he had promised us was high at all~~~then we worked very hard to get the low paid

So crooked and a cunning fella, i think your boss is. And if goes like this probably he wont get a loyal and sincere worker to work under him.

That is so unfortunate for you. It seems people break their promises way too much in today's world. If you were promised a set amount of pay, you should have been given what was originally promised, especially if there was no change in the work that was done.

If you were in the United States, you could actually get the boss in really big trouble for not paying you the agreed amount. But, you would have to prove that he really did promise you that he would pay you that amount. You might have a case if you have multiple witnesses. I don't know if it's the same in China. People can't promise to pay you one thing and then pay you another after the work was done. I'm not saying that the same problem doesn't arise here in the United States. Place where they hire illegal workers or rely on verbal contracts have those problems. It's too bad that you have to deal with that.
