At the traffic signal.

Today evening something weird happened at the traffic post few blocks away. I was on my bike and stopped at the signal as it approached 2, 1, 0….. Green to orange light….. Then a funny looking girl came on another bike, she had tattoos all over her exposed surfaces and when it was just about to turn red she just crossed the signal and went ahead…. The traffic police was blowing his whistle….everyone was blowing their horns… there was a oil tanker coming from the other direction at a high speed… my jaws dropped when I saw what happened next… the girl just crossed and oil tanker went passed in front of me…. I closed my eyes… when I opened again….the girl had nicely crossed but perhaps lost some of her control and when I saw… she was recovering from about 45 degrees to 90 degrees…. I felt my heart was palpitating heavily and I saw death so close to someone … that girl just escaped by a whisker… will you ever take such a kind of risk.
