What is your Addiction??

I am also a smoker and been smoking for most of my life.I quit once for a month but started up again.It's not easy to quit.

Probably the worst of my addictions is smoking. I started smoking when I was 14, and have quit or tried to quit at least 7 times (I had to give up when I hit 1999!). I've tried quitting cold turkey, hynopsis and Chantix--right now I've offered (to my boyfriend) that if we moved in together, I'd quit smoking; today, when I mentioned it again, he hemmed and hawed, so I'm thinking I'll be moving on from him!

If you get an answer, please share--I'd love to quit again! I think the only time I've been successful this year was when I had such a severe sinus infection that it hurt (because I'd end up coughing too much) plus it tasted nasty!

I am addicted to Hollywood movies for more than three decades.But as it hasn't done anything bad to me I still am addicted.I do suffer from the withdrawel syndrome if I don't watch a Hollywood movie in a week.

Well, I do smoking, so you can say its my addiction .
But I am addicted from music too much and this is my main addiction in my words .
I listen music all the time, although I don't smoke all the time ...

I have addicted to cigs. As i am staying alone there is no problem for me in my family. Yes. My family doesn't know i am a smoker. As every one know smoking is not a good habit. Unfortunately i am not able to quit. But i reduced after i joined to Mylot. As i am busy. In mylot many of my friends given many suggestion. That helped.May be in the next 5-6 months i will quit smoking.
