Driving and Cell Phones!  |

 I currently live in Alb, NM and they have a silly law that they will fine you a hondo ($100.00) if they catch you driving and jawing. I have a better way to get rid of cell phones and drivers who can't do both. Remember the rub your tummy and pat your head trick? If you can't do this then you shouldn't be driving while you blab about nothing. Police can check your speed, why not make a device that monitors your call for 20 seconds, if its not that important, pull em' over, cuff em' and beat em', well maybe not that last part. Who is with me on this?

in another way it is bad. cus people are still going to talk on their cell phones even if it is against the law. they don't care about money, and it can be easily thrown away from them.

Get a headset! They aren't that expensive at all, and it allows you to drive with both hands. It isn't the talking that makes people crash, but the limits driving with one hand puts on you.

3.  miracleman2008 (152) | 3 months ago |  I totaly agree,i`m sorry to say that I talked on a cell phone while driving a semi-truck,if I could pull over in a safe area away from trafic I would,but you couldn`t all the time.so I used a set of head phones,hands free.but you still lose your consentration,I lost a good old pickup truck about 2 yrs ago from a lady running a red light and talking on the cell.put my wife in hosp. for a few days.I think cell phones should have to be put in the trunk while driving.And they should put a serious fine or driving law against them.
