hi there. if you want your file to display the current date just put this formula on one of the cells:

=now()

it should do the trick for you.:)

let me know if it helps. regards!

Thanx buddy!

But when I open the same file next day. Will it automatically update?

ALso I would like to know if I put Number e.g. PO No. - 001 and want to update next time when I make another PO. will it come automatically.

Thanx 'n' cheers,

Using the formula=now() in a certain cell will update it daily but the PO-001 will remain as is.If you really want to have it automatically you can use Visual Basic for Application in excel to do such thing.If you are not yet aware of this program in excel, while your excel is open, hit Alt + F11 and click on help to read how it is working.
