If you could be remembered for doing one thing, what would it be? Would you want it to be a great addition to society or just to be remembered by your friends?

The qoute " whats your claim to fame " means's if you have meet some one famous, been on telly, won a particular thing or something that has allready happened to you.
Being remembered by your friends is not a claim to fame.

Please check your sources before you talk about something..
According to Wikipedia, claim to fame means "Knowing, touching, or talking to someone famous, OR doing something that no one else has done before, therefor becoming known for it."
Clearly there are many words that have multiple definitions. So, if you'd like to answer the question I asked instead of telling me why I'm wrong, kindly do so.

Gosh Adelida, this is a tough question, for the most part I think my claim to fame would have to be that my husband and I back packed America in the very early '80's. For the most part I only think that my kids and family, friends will remember that. I have often wanted to write about our journey, the adventures and people we met while doing it, who knows if anyone other than close family will remember it to tell about it. I have had a wonderful life over all, but I think that is the grandest thing I have ever done.

Well, i would like to be remembered for my sacrifice that I have made for my loved ones,I don't know, whether it will be a great sacrifice for the society or not, but it should be ,for my family.
