Do you agree to this?

The logical response,that the more you know the better you choose. It is difficult to accept that the more we know, we choose badly. In some areas more information may confuse the brain. In one of the studies one set of participants were given complete details of different cars and the other set, minimal details. The group with minimal information made better choices. I know i am opening lot of controversies. The cohort should be considered as general public and not a car mechanics or automobile engineers. The same was done with selection of stock portfolio and the results were some what similar. They are not conclusive proofs and we need not have to believe them but they have a point. In certain decision making processes, there is probably an optimum information which can be rationally analyzed by the brain. Beyond that probably it gets muddled.
