I get the odd pimple here and there but not like what I've got today LOL After such a hectic weekend and not so good day yesterday, I woke up with several white and reddish pimples on my face. I've managed to pop the white ones LOL I know disgusting but when you squeeze the white stuff out, it goes down and away quickly. I am not sure what I should do about the reddish ones as they haven't broken out but I can see and feel the lump there. What should I do to get rid of them? Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.

I have to stop reading your post before meal time. It is 12:27, and I was on my way to lunch. I said, well let me get one in before I go. I picked my buddy and she is talking about popping her zits, oh joy, hahahaha. But seriously, a friend of mine recently told me about putting toothpaste on them at night. Not the gel, but paste. They will be dried out in the morning. Guess what???? It works.

I did and feel so depressed that moment. What help me most is the anti bacterial facial wash(Ponds), After a month of using it, everything was healed but my problem this time, are the scars! I still don't know what is best for them! but, I have no pimples now! PLus, drink plenty of water, I also squeeze my white heads, just don't do that to the red one!

I think the breakout happened after my busy weekend I just had, it could of also been the fatty foods I was eating LOL I am going to try some of the pointers others have mentioned. My seasonal job finished mid January and they didn't have any vacancies there after. But they called me back a month ago to work weekends, which is nice and just right for me. I still get to have time to myself during the week and volunteer at my son's school. You take care too margajoe and so happy to have you back :)

Stress and weather have a big part in our complexion. Drink lots of water no soda. Wash you face a couple of times a day. After you wash it put some rubbing achol on a cotton ball and rub it gently on your face. Its cleans your face. And drys the pimples out.

hello maddysmommy , First of all dont break those white spots with your hands. The more you do it the more you will get them. Fash your face ten times a day. Use a good face wash . You can also go for clean up if you wish too. They will remove the blackets and the spots. Do not eat junk or fried food. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. I am sure this should help. ~Pinks~

I wash my hands after every pop but I get what your saying. They have appeared a lot more lately and I thought it was because I was stressed and so busy over the last few weekends. I'll look for a fash wash too as I don't have one at the moment. Thanks for your response itsmepinky!

that's my dilemma for more than a week now, May 1 is holiday here in our country since its labor day so after working for few hours i got out from the office and went to visit a facial house and ask for a facial to get those ugly blackheads out of my face. the result was worse, my face got a lot of pimple breakout and until now they keeps on coming, i wanted to hate those people in that clinic. they made me look like a mess.

Thank God I have good complexion such that I only get it occasionally. Instead of breaking the ripe ones, I now massage them until they burst on its own. However, my fingers will never give in to the dried scars. I would peel it until I see blood again. It is the stubborn ones that I hate. I would apply cream over it until I can feel something where I can squeeze out. It is sort of an accomplishment when I have on my fingers a dry speck of "dirt".

My skin has been breaking out more than usual lately too. I'm super stressed with work and I think stress has a lot to do with my skin. I hate when you can feel the lump under your skin and know it will be a breakout, but you can't do anything about it!

I hate those ones especially. I used the suggestion of others by applying toothpaste the white kind not gel one and it's worked.

Experts recommend something with salicylic acid in it. A lot of blemish stopper products have salicylic acid in them. As for me, I get blemishes right around my period so, I have 3 right now. Sorry! Not to give you too much info. But, that is the way it is for me. Ugh! The salicylic acid works some for me. It isn't perfect but, it does a decent job. I hope you get the right remedy for you! Take care, try not to stress too much and I hope your day today is better than yesterday and tomorrow is better than today!

Just like you, I get lots of pimples when I'm really stressed out. I love to squeeze and pop them out! But in the end I just regret doing it because it leaves a scar on my face. What I do is put on my favorite facial cleanser (it really works). After a day the pimples are almost gone and they are barely noticeable. I think you should find a facial cleanser that would be best for your skin type.

I will give you the tried and true remedy for that. Put a little dot of toothpaste on it. This will dry it out and bring it to a head, then you can continue with your popping pleasure lol. It should only take about a day to fully dry it out.

I used to have really good, clear skin with only the occasional blemish here and there but now it is a mess - there are more pimples than anything else! Being rundown , tired and stressed does affect your skin sweety but I am sure when you are re energised and feeling back on form your skin will clear! have you tried steaming your face? Just a bowl or basin of boiling water put your head over it - but not too close- and cover both with a towel and let it steam clean your face, when you have done that use your cleanser on your face and you will be surprised at what comes out! Bet you are still gorgeous though! xxx

I hate pimples and spots and just yukky things that I get on my face. I was always told that I should not squeeze my spots, but I am sorry I am NOT walking around with a huge beacon on my face lighting the way, plus they hurt and when you squeeze them it always goes away. Anyway it is kind of cool to see if you can break the mirror with it!! Those under the skin spots are always the worst, I am not sure what brings them out, but when I get them I steam my face over a bowl of hot water, sometimes, not all the time, but sometimes it brings them up. Sometimes if they are just left they can go away on their own.

Me too. If I see those white ones appear it's popped right away. I do wash my hands everytime though :) I'll try the steam first before the toothpaste one. I have noticed today though that the ones I popped are fading away. YAY.

Maybe a steam will help. Even up until late last year I was having this bump in the face problem which really annoyed me. They had me wondering if I was just experiencing teenage bumps as I did not have that problem then. Well I read somewhere that steaming the face with rosemary water water helps as rosemary is good for the skin. I havent had the problem since so it was all good for me. (lol)

I'm one of those luck people who only experienced pimple breakout during monthly periods. If i'm not mistaken there are already over-the-counter remedies that you can purchase to dried up pimplesa faster. My husband is using a cream here in Manila for his pimples and it works. I guess, it depends on how your skin will react to those creams and ointments.
