It is two way street here in most mondain matters. How ever the scripture about the wife submitting to her own husband is on spiritual matters. He is head of the house (high Priest) as even Christ is head of the Church. On matters of the world, They should try to submit to the others strong points, if the wife is better at finance, then the husband should submit to her better judgement.
