Cruel Women

I think women are just more vocal when it comes to arguements which is why naggers are mostly associated with women. Guys don't talk a lot but they are more violent so they use their fists instead.

Because for all of what we expect women to be - feminine, sisterhood and etc - women can be just as cruel as men. I read a book once on gender studies and women - sorry but I forgot the title and it's back at home in Malaysia - and it goes on to give insights about why some women just don't get along with their mothers, why female siblings compete with each other all the time and so forth.

Through the ages, society have expected women to act a certain way. If you don't, you're simple banished or moulded into the desired manner. When women do act out - gossip, slander and etc - people gasp and wonder why these ladies can't be nicer to each other and form a sisterhood of some sort.

Men gossip, slander and do all those things as well, just not as good as women because over time, we've learnt how to hide our "little" weapons. This author went on to further say that there is no such thing as sisterhood. Even among female friends, there is this strong sense of wanting to come out first.

However, unlike men who take competition at face value and then be civil after that, women who are built and wired differently take it to a deeper level. Being creatures more in tune with our emotions, we make things huge...and we take it personal.

To me, gossiping, slander and backbiting is a way of creating attention. Attention that I don't need to be a part of. (I have better stuff to do...)

I guess women do that because it's just their nature. I don't like gossip and when I was a kid most of my friends were guys. I felt more comfortable around them because they never tend to judge you or talk about you behind your back. That's just how guys are. I consider my husband to be my best friend out here in the real world; my female friends I consider to be my acquaintances because that's how far I let our friendship go. I feel comfortable that way.

hehe its human nature, to gossip, to talk about things, to talk about current events.... to talk about PEOPLE.

do you know that men gossips too... and when they do, they are worst than women, well at least for those i know... they are like saying too many mean things and are totally different person if they are with their buddies.

I think that Men are equally mean and I know a lot of Men that gossip just as much as Women, they just don't do it as openly, Men tend to only do it in their close friendship groups, whereas Women will do it with anyone. To be fair I would rather be gossiped about than be beat up as many Men do to solve their problems.

it all boils down to jealousy....i have had this problem before where i have had women hate me for no reason and they b!tch behind my back but smile in my face, i think they are pathetic and it makes me laugh out loud, it used to bother me but not any more....this is why i don't go out with women for a night out because all the do is bicker about other women...it's all down to jealousy....nothing more....
