Problems with my hosting provider please need your help

hello, 4 days ago i try enter in my website and i see that my hosting provider suspended my account. I contact with them and 12 hours more later they said me that the problem is the spam. I recived a lot of spam and i think that the problem is the redirections. when i recived spam in the domain mail they redirecctions to my personal e-mail. I deleted the e-mail created new e-mail and deleted the redirections. 24 hours more later they suspended my account again because the masive spam go on. I aswer how many mails, and they respond this: "Hello, There has been 485,260 emails sent from your account in the last 24 hours. Spam is clearly being sent from the forums. The forum was probably hijacked or is somehow being used to send spam." i talk with them to can block the ip that send this e-mails but they not respond me. Then said me that i need sisabled the module webmail of my php nuke what??? i havent this module install in my website. The last week this hosting provider have somes times in downtime. and just after your problem my account is hacking. i think that is much casually. Then the last year 1- january-2007 you hosting was hacking and the most of sites. 4 month ago i see that in my website i have a bad bot and consume all my bandwich. This hosting not block any bot any worms or any problems that can happen. How i can solved that this bot not send spam with my account the folder is public_html/modules/Forums/admin . I dont understand why not block the bot
