Recently the CEO of Renault Mr Carlos Gohsn anounced that they are typing up with Bajaj to make low cost cars, that is a car under RS $ 2500 along with Nissan. Ofcourse the move has come after the successful preview of Tata Nano and its promises to the common man. Can Renault, Bajaj and Nissan make it. Can they compete Tata Nano?

with the steep increase in the cost of raw materials, it is only a matter of time before Renault announces that their car is going to cost $3000 or so. Wait and watch. In three year's time, costs are not going to fall or stay the same.
