What do you think of Desmond's time-travelling-conscience LOST episode?  |

 Oh man...that was like the best hour of television i've watched in a while...going back and forth...and the characters themselves are dumbfounded, slowly finding their way....what are your thoughts on the episode, acting, series, and of course the time-traveling premise?

It was a while ago that I saw that episode, so I can't really remember everything, so much has happened since then. i do remember that it was the best episode of this season.
I find time-traveling an interesting concept, mainly because of the paradoxes. it brings up many questions. I like to read sci-fi time-travel novels.

Before buying a book I read the jacket to see what it's about, if it has the words 'time travel', I just buy it, I read the jacket no further, I know I'm buying it.
It plays with the cause and effect concept we are familiar with. | |

2.  Fishmomma (3209) | 3 months ago |  The last episodes of Lost this season have all been great. I did enjoy the Desmond time traveling episode and have watched it a couple of times now. We are getting answers and yes gaining some understanding about the characters.

IMO it was the best episode of all 4 seasons.
I was waiting for this time travel thing from a while and they found a really good way to show it like a subconcious-time travel. I also have seen the Desmond-centric episode of the 3rd season (the one in which he meets Charlie singing in the street) because knowing that he could do this kind of travels the episode was more clear. For example: when we see him lying in Penny's house floor it just seemed that he passed falling from the ladder but now we can say he came back from a travel when he was painting and that's the reason because he was on the ground without knowing what happened
The episode was Flashes Before Your Eyes (3x08).

| pterion (306) | 3 months ago | ya..it was the best episode of all the seasons...Its kinda been downhill from that point though...the Jack-Kate episode was such a soap opera...but then the last episode was really good...any episode about Hurley/Locke is bound to be good...Anyways i'm hoping they'll come up with more episodes like this one. | |

Jack keeps repeating he is full of responabilities because he promised this or that but he's not self confident anymore and Kate had not many things to say in this season. The only interesting thing is that she'll have to take care of Aaron when they'll leave the island. | |
