Myachi!

A new movement has been created called Myachi. It is a hand sack evolved from a foot bag and it uses martial arts skills. It is a new invention from Steven Ochs, a college kid with a dream. You can kick it, toss it, flip it, and spin it. It is a fun new hobby for everyone of all ages. You can jam with friends or with yourself, but either way it is loads of fun.
