Recomend one camera....please.

If you want a though camera that can submerged in the water for 5 meters and you can drop it without any consequences, go get the olympus digital camera. If you want a high quality photo and camera, go get canon digital camera. Don't get sony, you will have problem with memory card. Nikon, I don't really familiar with it. I don't like Nikon because they are bulky.

I would recommend the Kodak EasyShare Z1285. It's a 12.1 MP digital camera. It takes pictures and video in HD resolution and only costs $199. You can find it on bestbuy.com and I believe it's on walmart.com also. I have the Kodak EasyShare C875 which I bought a little over a year ago. It's basicly the same but only 8 MP and doesn't have HD resolution. I love it. I will be buying the newer one when I get the money to do it.

Hey Vet it really depends what you want in a camera, and what you want to do with it.

Point and shoots have come a very very long way, and I have to say that point and shoots you can get a camera that is decent for well under 200.00

But this is the one piece of advice that I can give you buy the BEST camera that you can afford. When I bought my cybershot, I almots immediately regretted it because of the delay in low light shots, the image quality is good of my Sony DSC-H5, but there are many many better cameras out there and I would highly recommend a DSLR which are coming down in price big time....

I read on advertising at one site, at Denpasar city they sell digital camera, The brand is Polaroid. Only for Rp.399.000 (rupiah), I am interesting, but i have to check the condition of this camera first.

I have canon digital camera. This is the second canon. I like it and have no complaint about it. Pictures are very good and the camera is very easy to use. Maybe you can try it first at the store.

i would suggest canon ... these are best for pint and shoot category .....which is best for you as you are beginner and just need for general purpose photo graphy....


if you want buy for professional use than go SLR cameras and brand i suggest is canon and nikon

Before buying any camera, first know your motives.
Use: if it's only for taking random shots of you and your friends, go for those from 4 megapixels and higher.
If you're not on a tight budget then go for Sony and Canon. Though a lot of brands have been coming out nowadays, these two are still the most popular ones on the market.
If it's for a shoot or if you're starting to be serious with photography then buy a DSLR. Go for 8 megapixels or higher. The higher the mp, the better the result. I prefer Canon than Nikon.
