I think among all meats chicken is the best and fastest to cook. I prefer chicken to all the other non veg food. And there are plenty of ways one can make it too. Both boiled and grilled. And I would welcome different ideas of cooking the chicken. Recipes are always welcome.

I agree that chicken is a very versatile and delicious meat. I have tasted ginseng chicken which is prepared Korean-style and it is very wonderful and has great energy value to the body.
