 I have just recently commented on a thread concerning Apl De Ap as being Filipino and i must say i'm mighty proud that a lot of our kababayans had made it big abroad=)
Anyhooo...
Aside from Apl De Ap, who else is famous and FILIPINO?

Look at what Charice had done first she was just a 4th placer in LBS and then she guess at Starking one of the most popular show in korea and because of that it made her so popular in America and in U.K and she was invited to guess in Ellen Degeneres, Paul O'grady and on Oprah and now I've heard that she's one of the special guest of David Foster in his Anniversary and because of that she had a duet w/ Alicia Keys and Josh Groban!. I'm so proud for her!

Take for example Lou Diamond Phillips, Rob Schneider, WWE's Batista, Pussycat Dolls' Nichole Scherzinger, White House' executive chef Cristeta Comerford, pro dancer Cheryl Burke and many more..
Miami Heat's newly-appointed head coach, Erik Spoelstra's mother is a Filipino as well.
They are almost everywhere, from theater, to fashion industry and even on Reality shows and I am very PROUD of them..
