How do you guys handle stress? |
| |
| Hi guys, how do you normally handle a huge amount of stress on top of your head. Like financially stressed, job stress, many different kinds of stress. I normally have a cup of coffee, listen to some japanese rock music. Maybe go out with some friends for a movie. Have a look at the stress picture to see how stressed you are. haha. | | How stressed are you? | | | | |

| | I don't handle stress very well at all these days, ever since I broke down trying to care for my mother with Alzheimers a few years ago any little upset seems to be a big issue with me and I just break down, I think my nerves may have been pushed to the edge. | | | | | | |

| | Oh I so empathise with you. It must have been truly horrendous to deal with. But I think how you react now is normal really. When you've had an enormous stressload like you have, any small thing after that seems too hard to handle. And I think it's difficult to explain to anyone who hasn't been through it how truly awful it is. | | | |

| | Hi, had a look at your pic and not sure what to make of it really. If you keep your eyes still there is no movement in the pic so it can be manipulated consciously. When I'm feeling stressed and overwhelmed I try to focus on one problem and deal with that and blot all the other things out. I find it helps to try to deal with one thing at a time and set myself a daily task. It helps me to feel proactive and to feel that I am on top of things (even though I'm not lol) | | | | | | |

| | oh, if the picture seem to feel like it's moving, you're supposed to have stress. If the picture doesn't move, you're not having stress. That's what i saw from the email. It was what my friend sent to me haha | | | |
