I'm just sorry for those women who cared not or less, because when it's payback time they surely will regret. Regarding food supplement, my dear always remember to take only natural food supplement. Don't take synthetic food supplements/vitamins because they will in the end destroy your liver and kidney. Take this advice seriously my dear. I highly recommend taking Virgin coconut oil 2 tablespoon twice a day (morning and afternoon). Do take also Natural Vitamin E and evening primrose because women really need them. also take vegetable food supplement. And again do not forget to exercise regularly.
