Women just like men can protect themselves by healthy eating and proper exercise. As much as possible indulge in fruits and veggies, avoid fatty foods, too much sweets, red meats and junks. Softdrinks can't give you anything good so avoid them.

Women must have regular exercise because this will keep them fit and strong. It is also a good way to avoid cancer.

Yeah sure I would gladly add you to my friends. I like women who are concern about their health because God gave us this body as gift and we all have to keep this health for His glory. I'm just sorry for those women who cared not or less, because when it's payback time they surely will regret.
Regarding food supplement, my dear always remember to take only natural food supplement. Don't take synthetic food supplements/vitamins because they will in the end destroy your liver and kidney. Take this advice seriously my dear.

I highly recommend taking Virgin coconut oil 2 tablespoon twice a day (morning and afternoon). Do take also Natural Vitamin E and evening primrose because women really need them. also take vegetable food supplement.

And again do not forget to exercise regularly. God bless!
