I have a bad day today....I felt so bad this day in which I feel that I'm going to get sick.This is the worst day I ever had.

I am sorry hun. I just hope you are taking medicines and eating right. You must take rest, that works. I am worried about your health. Is there anything else that has added to this?

Thanks a lot.I am already updated with my medications,I just had my injection few days ago.I always try to eat well so I will be healthy enough.I just felt so tired I guess coz I'm out the whole day today,and nothing good happened,I mean I felt frustrated,depressed this day thus I am thinking I'm going to get sick.but anyway,Im still fine. thanks for the concern. best regards...take care always too.

Hasn't the doctor told you to take rest and more rest? Even when you are healthy and refreshed your heart requires rest hun. So you take rest and do not get upset. life is like that. It gives us sobs and then comes a big share of smiles.

i think my day is going well enough. but i really feel so bored at work. i was even sleepy right now. i wanna do something else. i feel so lazy doing this junk. hehe. thank god there's mylot.com! at least i still have something else to do that's not boring and tiring.

My day has been alright so far. I got the kids ready for school and went to the grocery store then I checked the cast on my kitties leg to make sure it was not rubbing any sores I mylotted for awhile and watched tv now I am posting on here while I am waiting for my daughter to come home from preschool.

Hope your day gets better bestie.
My day so far has been pretty interesting. I woke up with my mom going on and on about our backyard being flooded. It turned out that our neighbor's waterpipe was broken or something and it was leaking water into our yard. My mom was upset because it killed the corns that she had planted near the fence. The day is turning out to be good and the weather is nice which is a bonus. It's not as hot as the last couple of days (reaching over 105 degrees) and there is a nice breeze today.

If you keep on thinking that you're going to be sick, you really are going to be sick. it's all in the state of mind. and don't worry if you had bad days there are always better ones. they just don't come instantly, trust me on this.
