Rice is good because it is rich in carbohydrates so it can provide the basic energy we need.Besides,it tastes good.Have you eaten some rice?What about it?

I agree rice is good, and eating rice makes you not easy hungry again. In addition, rice is healthy food.

dear kevinding Reallyrice is good and it is staple food for Indian. We Indian like rice and in our country there are different types of cooking arrangement with rice such as fried rice, pulao, jeera rice etc.. It is so tasty. pkc3000

Rice is staple food of my country.I love rice.I take rice in my lunch as a steamed or as a fried rice.Summer is too hot in my country.During this season I used to eat rice with curd.This dish is very helpful when somebody suffers from abdominal problem,like loose motion,acidity. I donot like parboiled rice and brown rice.

I love rice i eat one plate daily at dinner. It has a uniquely delicious taste which i don't get tiered of,also it's beneficial to health if taken normally with all other nutreints.

Hi! I eat rice all the time. Its part of my meal. A meal is not really a meal without rice and its actually part of our diet. I agree with you that rice is good. It does help in giving us energy that we need in order to do our daily activities. With the taste good part well I think ti depends on your taste. Also, it really depends on the kind of rice and how it was cooked. Sometimes rice tastes bland or tasteless but sometimes it is a bit sweet and is actually enough that you dont really need to eat that much viand. For me I eat it 2/3 rice and 1/3 viand. Or something like that. It still depends on my taste but that is how I eat my meal.^_^
