Imo, he is selfish in order to save his brother.And so many innocent people invole in it and died .Besides his girlfiend and father in order to hele him was killed .But the most mistake he made it help T-bad out the prison.

Michael is perfect example of an unselfish person. He throw his life away for his brother. And in the end, he even risk his life to save his wife and son.
