Do you prefer herbal teas/ or coffee?  

I love both coffee and tea, but I prefer my coffee in the morning and tea throughout the day. I do love chai tea, so yummy!

I don't drink coffee at all now, last cup of coffee I had must have been about 8 years ago.
I do like herbal teas, peppermint is good to help get rid of wind in your tummy. I like camomile tea, fuit teas and am always open to trying new teas.

I prefer Herbal Teas. They are mostly nutritious... The Black, White and Green teas are supposed to be very good for your body. I enjoy a tea that is excellent for my Immune System..

I prefer coffee (with cream and sugar) but only in the morning. The rest of the day I tend to sip green tea of which I make 1 liter of. I drink so much green tea to compensate for not drinking water.

I prefer herbal teas - there are so many benefits to them - I don't really care for the flavour of coffee and it hurts my tummy when I drink it.

Coffee, I definitely prefer coffee over any kind of tea what so ever.

I prefer coffee most of the time. I do change a bit sometimes and have hot tea. I prefer tea iced and like to switch between pekoe and mint tea for my iced beverage. I prefer spearmint over peppermint and it is definetely harder to find. I believe it is Tetley that makes the spearmint tea. I have never had a cup of tea prior to bedtime. Will have to try the camomile teas sometime.

Hi sun2day, most of the articles I have read are saying that to drink more herbal tea is good for our healthy. But I do read article saying that if we take certain amount of coffee daily, it’s good for our heart as well. So my husband and I usually take both coffee and tea daily.

We like hot coffee to be served in our breakfast and after having our afternoon nap. The rest of the time we usually take hot black tea or green tea. We still could fall asleep easily even if we have taken tea before going to bed.
