I really like this devianart.com I just checked it out a few minutes ago but I'm looking to hear from anyone that uses this site to find out if you are selling any of your work there. Or do you know of any other good sites to show my work.
I'm also hoping to print some of my designs on tshirts, mugs and various other things...any ideas on good places to start this?Also any other artist here, I'd love to chat, exchange ideas and view your stuff.

Palmerhusky (586) | 5 months ago |  well im no artist but i know that cafe press.com allows you to sell your art on the mediums that you just mentioned. and as far a deviant art is concerned. i cant vouch for them. i know some friends of mine that are on it but other than that i just don't know. its nice to know there is still talent out there that is willing to continue with their work even if its in their spare time.

| | 2.  fjgamer (372) | 5 months ago |  Yes, Cafepress is a good service to look into, but they can be very demanding when you're trying to keep the prices low. Not everyone wants to spend $20 on a t-shirt.
Anyway, deviantART is mostly for the professional artists; not the hobbyists, but there are cases where the hobbyists make one awesome image and it sells a few times here and there. You could try SheezyArt(.com), too, but it doesn't cater to sellers. It's all about having fun.

| | | 3. ocher_tone1001 (27) | 5 months ago |  the good place to start is to go to any publication,to sell your artwork or get publish...or get an agent is a wise option,working on mugs and t-shirt are good to start in your home base business if you prefer, you just need some supplies on materials and paint,also i suggest to get into airbrushing,its good on mugs and t-shirt also you need skills inorder to paint with it,which if your an art enthusiastic it would be easy....with weeks to master those so called dagger strokes....you had mentioned deviantart.com...its a good source also..there are other website for your specific artline media.

Since I haven't sold anything yet, I don't know much about it. I'm planning on selling some too in the future. Aside from artworks, you can upload various art forms such as literature and photographs. Hope this helps.:)

i don't use any of the above, however, i have friends that do.
i'm using perfspot and gather for social and writing.
my friend is using lulu to publish her children's book and they
have artwork there.
