| | | 2. biggerb (1447) | 2 years ago |  I have read many self help books and I really find them a big boon.They are very effective.One has to be quite patient read it slowly so that it really registers in you.You cannot just read it like you do a racy novel.Try it you will find that it can boost your morale.It can change things and make you achieve what many would regard as impossible.
