What Is the Most Disposable Wedding Expense?  

To make a pun, the most disposable expense would be paper plates and plastic utensils if you use them. :)

Other than that, I think a lot of the favors that people choose tend to be a waste. I don't think the bubbles are cheap enough to be worth it, and not everyone will take other favors.

I'm not married, so take this with a grain of salt. I think the favor should be a final memory of the wedding and you as a couple.

I plan on not having an actual favor, but doing a huge dessert bar, including cookies miniature cakes(i make and decorate cakes part time for specialty parties), and donuts(my boyfriend is a cop).

Sorry for the tangent,as for your other questions, I think you can make anything your most expensive budgetary item, depending on what is most important to you, or you can keep the costs down.

The wedding band. I haven't seen a good one yet.

I think there are alot of parts of the wedding that shouldnt cost so much. Its pointless to spend THAT much money on the centerpieces. Sure, they're pretty to look at, but why dont you town down the centerpiece and use that budget towards your ring. Or tone down the dress and up the budget of the ring. I think the most disposable wedding expense of all is when people spend so much on flowers, they die anyway, atleast spend all that money on something that will last longer.

I think that the wedding DRESS is the most disposable wedding expense, since so many brides spend THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of dollars on some big white thing that they are never going to wear again.

I am having a RED wedding dress MADE that will cost less than three hundred dollars, and that I will get A LOT OF WEAR OUT OF, because I have every intention of wearing it again and again and again.

Well, since the bride only becomes an expense after the wedding...

I think the favors are totally unnecessary.
