are you gulity and ashamed?

I'd been away for almost two months coz i traveled again and I did not even participated in any of the discussions here..now this my first time after two months..I feel guilty specially to all my friends that I never responded to all there discussions although theres no force obligation to do so but nevertheless I felt that feeling of guilt..now I that I had a chance to do so hope that I can participate this time.Did you ever come it to yourself to be ashamed and guilty too for a long absence here?
