I went for the first time the other day. it was amazing in there. in the kids isle i felt like i was at a circus. it was wonderful my kid loved it. not to mention all the bog books they had on sale. there were originally 7.96 but were 50% off.what a deal!. they are huge books to. somthing big bright and colorful for kids. they have a area were they made it out to feel like the beach were the kids sit and they have story time and stuff. had this huge wooden train set for the kids to play with there. im so taken with that store. every chance i get i would love to go. even though my section was not so great:(. i read vc.andrews, I had a guy look to see were i could find her books. and they only had one..at home here i have close to 50 so. but on the plus side. there weere alot of nice looking guys there haha who woulda thought??. Its now my new fav store to shop. Have you ever shopped at a books a million? did you find what you were looking for? and was your experience good and refreshing? or not so good?. I have never heard of Books a Million we don't have one of those here. Sounds like you and your child had a wonderful time there though. I buy most of my daughters books at Walmart and adult books I just borrow from my mom so I don't have to pay for those.

Hahah well thats the best way to d it. free books are way better then paid for by you books. you know ive looked at walmart for kids books for my little girl, she is only 3 so she is just started transitioning from cardboarted pages to paper pages. and i just hvant found a good book from walmart that i felt i was getting what i paid for. i found that at books a million not only that is you can let you kid down to read at the tble with other kids, you can do just like a library. they even have the lady that goes to the beach area and reads books to the kids. i dont know it just way more fun then walmart. and you can even go there for a day out of the house with your kid or kids. and not have to buy a single thing!... i love it. im addicted:P thanks for responding hun!

I don't get there much as Barnes And Noble is basically right next door, but whenever I hit the mall I take a browse around and am always able to find some really nice bargains, especially on computer books (website design etc) which are always grossly overpriced at B&N. Not too sure about the hot guys though, can't say I've ever noticed that, unless of course I'm passing a mirror.....LOL
