How one body become extra when they opened the moturary.?????

My friend's father in law is working in the Hospital, he was drunkard.what ever he could get he will sip away. One day the authorities gave a large can of denatured spirit mixed with farmalin. He came to mood and started to drink this mixture and felt sleepy and slept in one of the steel case for keeping the bodies cold.Every time they take the body they will count and one will be extra , and they will think this may be mistake.After few days all dead bodies are gone and no coming to calim this body. Then they removed the covering on the face only to find out their friend is dead in the case after taking that mixture.
