euh i have fever now, i bet i will get flue again

Try having a table spoon of soy sauce and lime juice. It always helps me with my cough. And get lots of rest for the flu. I often got flu, and it always stick for about 2 - 3 weeks so I'm used to it. I don't get enough rest I need everyday since I work 9 - 5 and at home I have to take care of my daughter. But the soy sauce and lime will help with the coughing. And put vicks vaporub on your feet and cover them with socks when you go to sleep, it's nice.

It seems this the season for flu and coughs and colds. it is so easy to get infected because most of peopple around have caught the bug. Even my office mates have been absent because of flu.

ohh we're having a lot of those cases here too. many kids especially are stuck with flu. yes, very importantly, do drink lots of water. that's your basic medicine. and it might also be the only medicine needed at times. i hope you can recover soon. take care

oh i am so very sorry to hear that you think that you are coming down with the flu bug. so sorry. it is kind of late in the season to be getting the flu like that. and the last time that i had the flu several years ago, i got this over the counter medicine called Thera Flu...you mix it up in hot water and it is supposed to ease the aches and pains of the flu. all it done to me was knock me out and made me sleep. Nyquil products work good also. (i hope that i spelt that correctly) well i hope that you are feeling some better now. also chicken noodle soup is good for flu like symptoms. and get lots of rest.

Hello, thanks for sharing this information. Yes it is infectious and very painful.The medicines don't cure but lessen the bodyache etc. I hate this disease. Here in India 'Flu-shot' is free, no need of payment. I am not in favor of this, after all it contains the virus, may be dead or inactive, may be in very minute quantities. I don't think it to be safe-this is my personal opinion though. Yes I am in favor of some homoeopathic preparations that are equally effective.

I hope that you are feeling better by now, I have been unwell this weekend. I have had a bad tummy and a temperature and a bad chest and head and I just feel rough. I thought it was down to something I ate and hay fever, but today i have been shaking all day and so hot. I have taken some paracetomols now, which are painkillers and so I should be OK again soon!
