When I was in high school, I was afraid going place which I have not familiar yet, seeing people specially big guy that looks like bouncer. When I started college,I have found that there is a martial arts lesson so I did start to Join.I've been active for five years and finally got my black belt title after 2 years, in my third year, I was become one of the helper instructor and that sport is really good, to health mind and body ( though I was occasionally smoke ).The best thing I have learned with martial arts is the discipline, and that's really helps me to get away of my fear. How about you guys, how did you fight for your fears?

I am a martial arts fan, though I didn't get the chance of personally involving in the study. And yes, I believe that it's a way to conquer some of our fears. I would have studied karate when I was a little younger myself because I really admire the discipline..I didn't have the chance. I would have wanted my kids to enroll some trainings about it because now is their chance, but my husband is quite afraid that they might injure themselves in the training. Now, we just remain fans of martial arts.

If you did not let them go, then you already have fear.Karate is just like Basketball, the injuries will always been there, remember even we are just walking on the street injuries may come in,I have been injured many times and the major one was a kicked to my right stomach and my ribs get in a little.

This is a really nice sports and very challenging. The mind and body can be develop beautifully specially the reflexes.
