I was able to read the TIME magazines that have been lying around at home and I found this interesting data about life in the United States. I want to share it with you and you might find them interesting too.

Year 2: America By the Numbers
5,409 - number of pages of material that Time's graphics staff combed through for the project
920 - number of numbers cullled for use in the project
13, 963 - number of photos taken by the nine photographers assigned to shoot "Day in the Life" package
10 - number printed included a Miami Beach yoga pose
34,925 - average number of words printed in an issue
35 - hours it took to print and bind all the 3,828,968 copies of this TIME magazine's issue
225 - pounds of ink used to produce the Red border for the week's cover
11, 486,904 - total number of staples used in the issue
322 - number of saturday evening post covers

well, these numbers are meant for us to see how much hard work is done by them to be able to come up with a magazine that is worth of the public's attention and money

numbers are not interesting to me always but its amusing to go through such statistics.i wont ever imagine taking such huge pains to get my stats updated...and i envy your patience to go through the magazine stats and also post them...
