Generally I need sleeping pills whenever I got severe headache I need sleeping. I cannot tolerate headache.I need proper sleep.

2. inked4life (3357) | 2 years ago | I did for a little while, but they didn't seem to work for me. I am on depression medication and one of the major side effects is insomnia. My dr. prescribed Rozerem, but all it did was get me about 4 solid hours of sleep that were laced with horrific nightmares. I genereally just try and follow a regular nightly routine now which seems to work just fine.

4. lorelai (826) | 2 years ago | I actually try to use the pills less often as possible...it doesn't matter which one, pain killers or sleeping pills or whatever. Last few weeks I don't sleep much because I need to study a lot so sometimes I just sleep for 4 or 5 hours per night and in the morning I have horrible headaches and only if I can't stand them I take a pill. i really don't wanna get used to the pills but I know that there are people who have much stronger headaches than I do so I find it normal to take painkillers or sleeping pills to be able to sleep.

5. shymurl (2092) | 2 years ago | When I had some Lunesta from the doctor it helped. I didn't take it all the time just when I needed the sleep and knew I had eight hours to spare. I do not have any more, and wish that I did. Sometimes the Tylenol p.m. would help, but I have weird dreams on it.

In my opinion,I sincerely advise you to see the doctor as soon as you can.For sleep is very important to everybody,especially to girls,for the shortage of sleep will do a greet harm to your skin,and it will also lead to fat!What a terrible thing!

7. Kierstal (130) | 2 years ago | I am a very, very light sleeper. I often wake up five, sometimes eight or ten times a night, because of noises in the house or in the apartment complex. I have a lot of trouble going back to sleep afterwards, and it makes me very restless and cranky during the day. Most of the time though, it's not really THAT important, however when I go to sleep the night before a day off, I'll take a single Melatonin pill. That usually keeps me from waking up during the night, and also lets me sleep a little longer than usual (about 8 hours as opposed to the 5-6 I usually get). I wouldn't dare take any on a workday though, because I tend to be groggy for a few hours after I wake up, and I can't afford to be groggy at work.

Do you try exercising about an hour before bed, then spend half an hour relaxing bah book etc anything you cant sleep if your all wired up!
