Jay Chou donated 1,500,000 yuan which is total 240,000 USD! / myLot

According to Hong Kong Ming Newspaper, the earthquake occurred in Sichuan, Jay has donated 500,000 yuan (approximately 80,000 USD) first time. Second time, he held in Chong Qing Olympic Sports Center, "Jay Earthquake Relief Charity Fund-Raising Concert," and he donated 1 million yuan (aprroximately 160,000 USD). However, total of 240,000 USD is not enough and he feels so sad that he couldn't raise lot of money for this earthquake disaster.

He is a nice guy. and many many kind hearted people are emerging facing the disaster. Let's pray for the victims there. Hope that they can recover as soon as possible both mentally and physically!

Hi! That is nice of him to try and help like that. Hi own personal donation is enough but still he pursued to have a fundraiser for the victims. He really did put himself out there to try and help as much as he could. He should be pour of himself since every little cent can help but I guess hte money that he has raised is really not enough to cover all damages. Well I think at least he's not alone in this mission to help. Zhang Ziyi is also pitching in and trying to help as much as she could herself and also trying to ask for the help of the others who she thinks can and would be willing to help.
