Chinese food in South East Asia have slightly different than in China.
That's because food here mixed with local culture.
Most of food here mix with spice, include Chinese food,
which make most of our food have different style with China.
Do you like food in South East Asia?

Coming from South East Asia, yes, I actually like Chinese food here - I even prefer it over Northern Chinese food. Scezhuan style is more to my liking. This is mainly because the SEA (South East Asian) style has been infused with Malay and Indian influences, and has more flavour as well as spice and heat.

I like Chinese food. I wouldn't know if it is prepared differently here than in China itself but I could believe that there are differences. I like almost all the chinese dishes and there are hundreds and maybe even thousands of them.
