To whom would you give your kidney?

You only have one choice, and that is to give one of your kidneys to either of the two: 1) your best friend who can not pay for your kidney or 2) a foreigner who would pay you in any amount for your kidney?

I believe it's not a problem for anyone .Most of people will chose one .Because his your friend nor a stranger .Even if you have a huge amount of money ,you can't buy a friend with money .
