In which aspect Men better than Women or Vice Versa?

I could not even say this time that men are better than women when it comes to power or even say that men are stronger than women,I have watched Gladiator series and those women contestant are awesome,they are powerful, I love this tv series much. Decision making this time not all relies with Father, others household decision came from women,others both,others are case to case basis depending on the subject matter.Mostly shopping decision goes to women. So what really define men better than women or vice versa.Any thoughts?
