The Winner of American Idol was not Really Surprising.

It seemed for weeks that the contest would end up being a showcase of the two Davids. I wasn't surprised that David Cook won. I didn't find that the show was particularly suspenseful this year.

personally i dont find the show interesting at all anymore. the first couple of seasons it was great and we hardly missed a show, but the last 2 years the only part we watch it the first few episodes. when the joy of watching ppl make idiots of themselves is highly entertaining lol!
i actually think American Idol has run its course and should be retired.
