What's your mantra for staying healthy?
Everyone knows Health is wealth, all the riches in the world can't buy you good health .once it's gone its gone forever ,small problems the doctors might solve it our but problems like obesity ,diabetes are such that even the doctors cannot help you.
so ,what 's your fitness plan?
I exercise a lot and i am a vegetarian and like taking green food. i consume plenty if good clean water to top it all..i am a little overweight right now but I am working to cut the fats.
What about you? what do you do to keep yourself healthy.

Well I chose a Low carb way of life. Thru research I have found white things are more dangerous than most people know. I went from triglycerides of 225 to 84 by eating this way. When I first started eating this way it was like turning back the clock.
Cutting fats is such a scam, the original study that they use to prove low fat is the way to live did not even have the results they claim it did.
In fact I have a friend who WAS a macrobiotic VEGAN, he is very active rides his bike to work is very thin, but guess what? His Cholesterol was over 600. In fact he also developed other problems because of lack of protein. He now eats chicken and fish (and some meats once in awhile). Without enough protein you lose muscles ( including heart muscles) and muscles are needeed to burn fats. Starches turn directly to fat. There are NO vegetable sources ( including tofu and beans) that are as complete as animal sources. There is research to show this. You need to take supplements to make up for it or add eggs and such back into your diet.
Now if you are vegetarian for ethical reasons that is your choice, but choosing because you think it is healthier it is misguided. And if you go lowfat you actually harm your body also, e need fats in order for our bodies to process the vitamins in foods.
