Is DealBarbie a site that would let you pay for stuff?

I am interested to join DealBarbie but when I signed up and they asked for mailing address? I did not pursue my registration. I have been experiencing things like this that they would just send me bills for the stuff they said Free.
Anybody from this community who is member of DealBarbie could help me understand about this?

I was a member of DB and DB Pays Fast. I just got tired of having my accounts so I closed them. They are not a scam site. You need to enter your mailing address so that they know you are not a scammer. I believe she also does phone and email verification as well.
