Have you ever been so scared that you will make the wrong decision in regards to your future? And do you someitmes know what the right thing to do is but then at last minute you change your mind? This is in reagrds to finding a new job. Maybe it is because I am a woman and we are emotionally charged individuals. And I consider myself a loyal person, but sometimes I end up with the raw end of the deal. And I do not want to be one of those people who constantly wants people to throw a pity party for because I have learned by experience of myself and others....no one but you stays when the party ends. So to make a long story short and to simplfy quite a lot. Would you stay at a job where you basically have few benefits, do not know when you will be eligble for the employee healthplan (too confusing to explain on the rules) and barely can afford the gas to get to work? When you have an opprtunity to work closer to home, get onto an employee healthplan, and save close to a hundred dollars a month on gas? Sounds stupid to even ask, huh?
