When was the last time you let yourself run out of gas?

It has been years since I have allowed myself to push it that close.Even if I only have a little money, I'll put it in the tank to keep from getting stranded, and dealing with the inconvience of running out.
What's your story?

I have never let myself run out of gas - I get nervous at about a quarter tank of gas.

I never let myself run out of gas. When i get down to 1/2 of a tank i go and fill up.
